Koro Industries is a custom precision gear and component manufacturer. We specialize in fine and medium pitch open gearing. In business since 1965, we have cultivated a customer base from many different industries including aviation, defense and aerospace instrumentation, commercial, energy, general industry and equipment, healthcare, leisure, medical device, musical instrument, power tool, scientific research and transportation. Koro Industries Quality Management System (QMS)
Koro Industries had its initial certification to the ISO standard 9001:2000 in 2005. We are currently certified to ISO 9001:2008 and are working on a gap analysis to prepare for the requirements of the new standard 9001:2015 which will become effective in 2017. Throughout our 50 plus years in manufacturing, Koro Industries has based its reputation on producing gears and components of the highest quality. Our quality policy is as follows:

We work continuously to improve our processes and products. Our quality policy serves to focus our efforts to achieve what is important to our customers. We review and monitor a variety of process results including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, internal and external audit results, vendor evaluations, employee performance and evaluations, production process improvements, corrective and preventive actions, process audit reviews, status of company goal activities and special projects, product inspections, statistical process control, and measurement system analysis on a scheduled basis. Management demonstrates its commitment to quality by its participation in and support of training, measuring, monitoring and system review activities.
